Did you go to San Francisco and try to drive around the city instead of taking public transportation? Perhaps parking was stressful or the hills freaked you out? Put this natural root powder in a smoothie or other beverage or meal to reduce anxiety and improve sleep.  Sent this to a friend last week who just lost her dad.

AshwagandaPowder.jpg

Just bought these for a friend for some tender, loving care. A caring gift item for someone "just because" or if someone is going through an especially stressful time. Who doesn't feel good in a nice, hot bath?

Waterdrop.jpg

As you can see in this episode, water pitchers have come a long way.

This is what is in my fridge.

I got this toothbrush this past month for my pearly whites, and my gosh! This level of deep clean is such a good feeling, and I will never go back to a standard toothbrush.  Dental health leads to life longevity, after all!

Projector 2.jpg

I'm getting this projector for my viewing pleasure, and wanted to share it with you all, as well, for your future YouTube and movie watching enjoyment : )

This has a nice scent, is on the healthier end of sunscreens, and is a size you can travel or throw in a tiny bag when going to an outdoor event... or riding a train : )

For a nice clean and bright display of your model railroad pieces, and / or other special finds...

Get those sweaty clothes clean with these inexpensive laundry sheets you just tear into pieces and put in the liquid detergent spot in the washing machine.  Going to travel for over a week and want to be prepared with detergent?  These non-liquid, thin little detergent sheets are easy to pack for travel.  These are what I have in my laundry room right now, after they were recommended to me by a friend.
